Ingredients:

  • 6 (1/2-lb) bluefish fillets
  • 1 cup commercial barbecue sauce

Directions:

  1. Place fillets in a wire grilling basket; grill over hot coals 3 to 5 minutes on each side, basting often with sauce. Fish is done when it flakes easily when tested with a fork. Transfer to a serving platter, and serve immediately.
