Directions:

  1. Boil first 5 ingredients in 1/2 of the water for about an hour
  2. Add frozen veggies and the rest of water and boil until all are tender and soup has reduced
  3. Remove from heat and puree in blender in small batches
  4. Stir in potatoes and season to taste
