Green Olive Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  • 1 old english chedder cheese (small glass jar)
  • 1 pimento cheese (small glass jar)
  • 1 package of cream cheese (not whipped)
  • 1 jar of green olives
  • garlic powder to taste
  • a dash of wershdishire sauce (sp )

Directions:

  1. Soften all cheeses to room temperature
  2. Slice green olives and seperate 1/4 and 3/4
  3. Add 1/4 olives and seasonings to the cheese mixture
  4. Spoon onto decorative platter and create a ball with the cheese
  5. Place remaining 3/4 olives on the outside of the cheeseball
  6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to set
  7. Serve with favorite crackers, we use Wheat Thins
  8. Enjoy, it will be a big hit!
