Greatgrandmother's Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion juice (use the finest side of a box grater to create)
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional, but if you decide to use it, use the real stuff)

Directions:

  1. In a blender, mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Mix in onion juice.
  3. With blender on low speed, add oil and vinegar. Alternate between the two ingredients and add small amounts at a time.
  4. Add maple syrup.
