  1. Preheat Waffle iron
  2. Blend together,butter and water
  3. Add mix
  4. Beat two minutes at medium speed
  5. Stir in egg yolks
  6. Fold in whites
  7. Spoon or pour into waffle iron(2/3 full)
  8. Bake until steaming stops
  9. Serve with warmed applesauce or whipped cream
