Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large bowl beat butter sugar and applesauce until smooth
  2. Add egg and surup and mix well
  3. In another bowl mix flur baking soda and spices
  4. Add mixtures together, stiring well
  5. Roll out dough until 1cm in thickness
  6. Cut out and bake in in 180C oven for 20, or until brown and cooked
