Ingredients:

  • 10 cups water
  • 1/8 cup ginger root

Directions:

  1. Boil 5 cups of water
  2. Place 7-9 orange pekoe tea bags in, along with 1-2inche sliced ginger root.
  3. Steep for 10 minutes
  4. Add to 5 cups of water in pitcher (so as not to melt pitcher)
  5. Add sugar
  6. Stir
