Fried Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Heat butter until hot; add sweet potatoes.
  2. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Uncover and raise heat to med.
  6. Sprinkle with sugars; cook, turning occasionally until potatoes are browned and crusty, about 10 minutes.
