Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. 1. Combine dry ingredients.
  2. 2. Melt 1 stick of butter.
  3. 3. Add melted butter and remaining ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. 4. Refrigerate batter for a few hours or overnight.
  5. 5. To make crepes, heat sprayed crepe pan over medium heat. Coat the pan with batter. Crepes should be thinner than American pancakes. Cook until light brown.
  6. 6. Top crepes with savory. (e.g. ham, cheese, mushrooms, onions etc.) or sweet (e.g., Nutella, jam, sugar/lemon, fruit, etc.)
