Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In 2-cup glass measuring cup, mix warm water with yeast and sugar, let stand until yeast mixture foams, about 5 minutes.
  2. In large bowl, with wooden spoon, combine 1-1/2 cups flour with green onions, olive oil, seseme oil, salt, pepper, and yeast mixture until blended.
  3. Gradually stir in 2-1/2 cups flour.
  4. With floured hand, knead mixture in bowl to combine.
  5. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
  6. Knead 10 min until smooth and elastic, working in more flour (1/4 cup) if necessary.
  7. Shape into a ball and place in greased large bowl turning dough over to grease top.
  8. Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  9. Punch dough down.
  10. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
  11. Cover and let rest 15 minutes.
  12. Shape dough into 6 balls.
  13. With hand firmly press each ball into an 8-inch round.
  14. Place 3 rounds on grill over medium heat.
  15. Grill 2-3 minutes, until grill marks appear and dough stiffens.
  16. Turn and grill 2-3 min on opposite side.
  17. Repeat with remaining dough.
  18. To serve, cut into 6 wedges.
