Directions:

  1. Cream together egg yolks and sugar.
  2. Whisk egg whites with electric beater until stiff peaks form. Fold in creamed mixture and flour.
  3. Spoon into piper bag and squeeze mixture into oblong shaped cookies on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 320 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
