Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together and alternate layers with the pumpkin in a greased pie dish - begin and end with a dry mixture layer.
  2. Bake until crust is golden brown at 200 C.
