my grandma makes this for me and it is wonderful.
Ingredients:
1 cup semolina
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
2 cups pumpkin (fresh grated)
1 dash cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. mix the dry ingredients together and alternate layers with the pumpkin in a greased pie dish - begin and end with a dry mixture layer.
2. bake until crust is golden brown at 200 C.
