Fast, Delicious and Easy Broiled Ham Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 4 slices of pre-cooked ham , about 3/4 ",thick slices

Directions:

  1. Mix together the first five ingredients (everything except the ham).
  2. Slash the fat edge of the ham, if present.
  3. Place ham on the rack in a broiler pan.
  4. Spread 1/2 of the apricot glaze on the ham.
  5. Broil 3 from heat for 6 minutes.
  6. Turn ham and spread with remaining glaze.
  7. Broil 6 minutes more.
  8. Serve.
  9. Enjoy!
