Directions:

  1. Whisk all dressing ingredients in a pan, stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until thickened
  2. Remove from heat and pour into dish to COOL
  3. When cooled, pour over apples, celery, pineapple, pecans
  4. Mix well by folding in gently
  5. Fold in whipped cream
  6. Refrigerate until time to serve
