Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat grill or oven broiler.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt & pepper. Shape the meat into two patties - one 11 inches, the other 9 inches.
  3. Place the larger patty on a foil lined baking sheet. Layer on half of the cheese, the tomatoes, onion, and pickles; then add remaining cheese, leaving a 2 inch margin around the edge. Top with the 9 inch patty and pinch together the edges of the two burgers.
  4. Combine the butter and chili powder and brush all over the burger.
  5. Slide burger onto grill, or under broiler (about 3 inches from flame or broiler). Cook for 6 to 9 minutes on one side. Flip burger and brush with butter and chili powder mixture, then cook for another 6 to 9 minutes or until it's done.
  6. Place the giant burger onto the bottom half of the bread loaf, add the top, and cut into 8 wedges.
