Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain cheese. Turn into a bowl. Add butter, cream and mix well. Stir in ham, sausage, veggies with mushrooms, eggs, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well. Pour into a well-buttered 1.5 –quart casserole. Set in a pan of hot water in preheat oven (350°F) and bake 45 min or until mixture has set. Turn out onto a serving dish. Coat with hot cream sauce.
