Easy Date and Pecan Ice-Cream

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak dates in milk for 15 seconds.
  2. Soften ice cream (not melt).
  3. Add dates, milk and the rest of the ingredients into the ice cream.
  4. Mix well .
  5. Set in a ring jelly mold and freeze.
  6. Before serving drizzle honey and garnish with whole pecans.
