Ingredients:

  • 2 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup biscuick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup plus coconut

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except coconut in blender. Cover and blend x 3 minutes. Pour into greased 9in pie pan . let stand 6minutes. then sprinkle with coconut and bake at 350 x 40 min.
