Directions:

  1. Brown beef and strain fat. Add sauce, water and salt, bring to boil.
  2. In a 2-qt baking dish, layer sauce, uncooked noodles then cottage cheese and shredded cheeses. Repeat layers ending with sauce on top. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375°F for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes then garnish with parmesan cheese.
