Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400.
  2. Sift the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  4. Whisk the wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
  5. Pour into the dry mixture.
  6. Stir just until mixed.
  7. Do not overstir.
  8. Spoon the batter into a greased or papered muffin tin.
  9. Fill each cup nearly to the top.
  10. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  11. Cool the muffins at least 10 minutes before removing from the tin.
