  12. Ingredients
  13. Lb small shell pasta
  14. Medium ripe tomatoes, cored and diced
  15. Cup thinly sliced celery
  16. /2 cup finely diced green peppers
  17. Cup mayonnaise
  18. /2 cup spicy brown mustard ( or Creole mustard)
  19. Garlic cloves, minced
  20. Teaspoon brown sugar
  21. Teaspoon kosher salt
  22. Teaspoon black pepper
  23. Directions
  24. Cook the pasta in rapidly boiled salted water until al dente.
  25. Drain pasta, then cool it under cold running water. Drain well.
  26. Place pasta in a large bowl and add tomatoes, celery and peppers.
  27. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.
  28. Stir dressing into pasta and mix until coated.
