Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x13 in pan.
  2. Beat cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup of evaporated milk with electric mixer. if desired, mix in nuts or extra chocolate chips. press half the batter into pan and bake for 10-15 minutes until set. Remove from oven.
  3. Stir together caramel topping, 1/3 cup of evaporated milk and flour. Pour mixture over cake and top with 1 cup of the choc chips.
  4. Top with remaining batter and another cup of chocolate chips. Bake 20-30 minutes until crusty. (it will look underdone but will firm as it cools.).
  5. Cool completely before cutting.
