Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all meat in a large mixing bowl. Mix in Worchestershire and bring to room temperature.
  2. Saute Onions in butter and olive oil until translucent, and slightly golden.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, except bacon, and mix well. (Mixing with hands is best)
  4. Heap about 1/2 of meat mixture onto cookie sheet, with sides. Place the chunk of Cheese on top of meat mixture. Form remaining meat over top of Cheese.
  5. Place bacon, (or bacon bits), on top of loaf.
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 Hour.
  7. Enjoy!!
  8. **Dan likes to go a little heavier on the spices & worchestershire
  9. **May also be made with Gouda Cheese in lieu of Swiss
