Dagmar's Orange Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/4 cups self rising flour

Directions:

  1. Beat the 3 eggs with the sugar.
  2. Add the minced orange with peel until pulpy.
  3. Add the oil and self rising flour.
  4. Mix until all is combined.
  5. Bake in a small loaf tin at 180°C for 1 hour.
  6. If you wish, you can sprinkle some icing sugar over the top after baking.
