Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut tomatoes and cucumber into bite size pieces. Add to serving dish and toss in remaining ingredients with a spoon. Use apple cider and Onion salt to your own taste, you might like less than what I have called for. Also, I sometimes use grape tomaotes (1/2 small box) cut in half instead of the large tomato. I find this is best eaten right after preparing. Like all fresh tomato recipies, the tomato taste is at its peak before refrigeration. I have refrigerated overnight but flavors are a bit stronger after marinating.
