Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.
  2. Pour into hot waffle maker and cook.
  3. Serve with warm syrup and butter.
