Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the sugars and butter.
  2. Stir in the egg, orange juice, orange extract, and orange zest.
  3. In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Stir flour mixture into the orange mixture.
  5. Fold in cranberries.
  6. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Remove from cookie sheets to cool on a wire rack.
