Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Slice your fruit thinly and mix with cranberries and sugar, spread into a 13 x9 baking pan
  3. In a bowl mix the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, and spices together, do not worry if brown sugar is a little lumpy. Mix in the melted butter until everything is sticky
  4. Spread oatmeal mix overtop of fruits. Suggestion: ujsing a fork to crumble the mix and gradually shaking it over the fruit will get a more even layer, and fewer sticky fingers. Use a large spoon or your butter wrapper to press the top lightly afterwards, to help it all stick together again
  5. Bake 45 minutes, until fruit juices are bubling. serve warm with ice cream (vanilla is good, butter pecan is better!) or chilled anytime for a snack.
