Ingredients:

  • 2 cup bisquick
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Place cranberry halves in powdered sugar and coat thoroughly. Mix rest of ingredients and beat vigorously for 1/2 minute. Fold in berries (and orange zest). Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees 15-20 minutes.
