  1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease cookie sheet or sheets.
  2. Mix eggs and butter together first. Then, put everything in a big bowl. You can stir it for a little while, but it turns into dough so youll probably have to knead it with your hands, unless your mixer has a dough hook.
  3. Roll the dough into balls. I made mine about the size of golf ball, but you could make them bigger or smaller if you wanted. Place the balls on a cookie sheet and then use something to press them flat. I use the bottom of a measuring cup.
  4. Bake until cookies are firm. For me, this was about 7 or 8 minutes baking one cookie sheet at a time.
  5. Let cookies completely cool before putting the icing on them. You could use any icing, but my favorite on these is buttercream.
