Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add one envelope unflavored gelatin to 1/4 cup cold coffee and let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Stir into 2 cups scalding hot coffee.
  3. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
  4. Cool. Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.
  5. To serve, spoon into deep sherbet cups.
  6. Pour over each serving one tablespoon sweet cream or whipped cream.
  7. Enjoy! :)
