Coconut Pecan Squares-No Bake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 4 1/2 cups rice chex

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan melt butter over low heat.
  2. Mix in the corn syrup and mix well.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl combine the Chex cereal, pecans and coconut.
  5. Mix and drizzle the butter mixture over the cereal mixture, tossing as you pour.
  6. Line a 13x9x2 inch pan with aluminum foil.
  7. Press the cereal mixture into the pan.
  8. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  9. Dust with powdered/confectioners sugar.
  10. Cut into small squares.
