Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 4 cups milk

Directions:

  1. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and salt; blend in water.
  2. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture boils.
  3. Boil and stir 2 minutes.
  4. Add milk; stir and heat to serving temperature. DO NOT BOIL.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add vanilla and orange extracts.
  7. Beat with rotary beater or wire whisk until foamy.
  8. Serve hot.
