Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut a very thin slice from the base of each orange so that it will stand upright, Not to cut into pulp.
  2. Cut off upper third of each orange and scoop out orange pulp.
  3. Remove membraines from pulp.
  4. Combine orange pulp with ice cream and Grand Marnier.
  5. Fill each orange shell with mixture and freeze.
  6. Before serving sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish each with a sprig of mint.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
