Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Blend well with a whisk and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl cream sugar and butter with an electric mixer.
  5. Add eggnog, vanilla and egg yolks and beat at medium speed until smooth.
  6. Add the flour mixture and beat at low speed just until blended.
  7. Do not over mix.
  8. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased baking sheet, 1 inch apart.
  9. Sprinkle lightly with a mixture of sugar and ground cinnamon..
  10. Bake for 23 minutes or until bottoms turn a light brown.
  11. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
