Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 375°.
  2. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl combine the fruit and nuts.
  4. Add in 1/2 cup flour and mix to separate the pieces.
  5. In a small bowl combine remaining 2 cups flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  6. In a large bowl beat the butter for about 2 minutes, then add in sugar; beat until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
  7. Beat in eggs until well combined.
  8. Add in the flour mixture on low speed just until combined.
  9. Add in the fruit and nut mixture by hand.
  10. Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets spacing 1-inch apart.
  11. Bake until cookies are golden brown (about 10 minutes).
  12. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets.
  13. Transfer to rack to cool.
