Directions:

  1. In a bowl , mix the flour with sugar .
  2. Then add the butter and the egg .
  3. Use a wooden spoon to mix .
  4. Pour into a greased ovenproof serving dish .
  5. Melt the milk with chocolate over low heat until melted .
  6. Pout gently over the mixture .
  7. Bake for 60 mins or so , until its firm to touch .
  8. Serve at once with icecream , cream and fresh fruit .
