Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt chocolate over hot water
  2. When melted add cream, salt and liquor
  3. Beat till creamy and thick with whip
  4. Beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar until soft peaks form
  5. Beat cream with powedered sugar until stiff
  6. Fold in egg white to chocolate mixture
  7. Fold in whipped cream
  8. Refrigerate several hous
  9. Top with shaved chocolate and whip cream
