Chocolate Chip Cookies in a Bag!

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a small bowl combine flour baking soda and salt then set aside.
  3. In a large bowl cream butter,sugar and brown sugar until light.
  4. Then beat in eggs cinnamon and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture until well combined.
  6. Stir in chips and (optional) walnuts.
  7. Drop by well rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 8-12 minutes or until just golden brown (don't over bake).
  9. Then place several cookies in decorative bags.
  10. Great for gift giving. I sell my cookies and all are placed in cute and unusual gift bags!
