Ingredients:

  • 1 package 12 0z chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven 350 degrees and grease a 9X13 baking pan
  2. In a small bowl combine flour and baking soda
  3. I a small saucepan combine sugar, butter, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat: remove from heat.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips and vanilla until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth
  5. Transfer to medium bowl and cool completely
  6. Stir in eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. gradually stir in flour mixture until smooth.
  7. Stir in remaining chocolate chips and pour batter into prepared pan
  8. Bake about 25 min for chewy brownies. Transfer pan to a wire rack and cool completely. Cut into squares.
