Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Note: peppers can be fresh or dried and do not have to be re-hydrated prior to use.
  2. Bring OJ and corn syrup to a simmer.
  3. Add the chipotle.
  4. Simmer for 2 to 3 hours until reduced to desired consistancy. (about 2 cups).
  5. Don't rush the reduction.
  6. [stir frequently and watch for burning and boil over].
  7. Strain and cool. Use at room temperature.
