Chilled Blueberry and Strawberry Soup

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine berries, sugar, water, lemon and cinnamon sticks in heavy saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a bowel and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Discard lemon and cinnamon sticks.
  5. Puree remaining ingredients
  6. Pour in a bowel and wisk in yogurt.
  7. Chill for several hours to meld flavors.
