Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Brown ground beef along with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Add all spices, stir well.
  3. 3. Add tomatoes, beans and V-8 juices.
  4. 4. Cook approximately 10 minutes on medium.
  5. 5. Mash most of beans and tomatoes, to your liking.
  6. 6. Cook another 30 minutes on low.
  7. 7. You can top with sour cream and cheese if you like.
