Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a large pot and cover with cold water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Skim off anything nasty that comes to the surface, like foam.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hrs. do not exceed 2hrs when using chicken bones. the stock may begin to develop a bitter taste.
  5. Strain and throw away chicken and veggies.
  6. Freeze by the pint for another day.
