Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients through cumin in a bowl. Mix together and set aside.
  2. Cut chicken, peppers, and onion into strips.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet.
  4. Add chicken. Cook over medium high heat for five minutes.
  5. Add ingredient mixture, water, peppers, and onions to skillet.
  6. Reduce heat to medium. Cook until vegetables are tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  7. Heat tortillas and top with chicken and vegetables.
  8. Add cheese, lettuce, refried beans, and salsa and serve.
