Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle chicken thighs with chicken seasoning.
  2. In large skillet brown Italian sausage with a little olive oil.
  3. Add chicken and sear skin to brown.
  4. Drizzle olive oil into a 13 x 9 baking pan.
  5. Place chicken and sausage in pan.
  6. Throw onions, peppers, potatoes and tomatoes over and around the chicken and sausage.
  7. Drizzle with a little more olive oil.
  8. Sprinkle with desired amount of sage and oregano.
  9. Cover very tightly with foil.
  10. Bake 425 for 1 1/2 hours.
