Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook chicken inlarge skillet until no longer pink, set aside
  3. In same skillet add onions and garlic, saute 5 min
  4. Add tomatoes, Italian seasoning and salt
  5. Bring to boil
  6. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 min
  7. Add chicken and 1 C cheese, stir well
  8. Add spaghetti squash and stir to combine
  9. Pour into greased casserole dish.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  11. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes
  12. Serve.
