Ingredients:

  • cooking spray, for greasing the pan
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 (16 oz) box dark brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups sifted self rising flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • sifted powdered sugar , for dusting

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 13x9 inch pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl mix the eggs,brown sugar,flour and vanilla together with mixer on low speed until well blended.
  4. Fold in the nuts.
  5. Pour the batter into prepared pan.
  6. Bake until golden brown on top,about 25 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  8. Cool.
  9. Cut into squares.
