Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup popcorn

Directions:

  1. Melt butter
  2. Add sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk
  3. Pop popcorn
  4. Remove seeds from popped popcorn
  5. Heat caramel to soft ball temperature (230ish)
  6. Add vanilla
  7. Pour caramel over popcorn
  8. Give to neighbors because it isn't healthy to eat
